To share and develop the implementation of bioremediation in an effort to build out a network of publicly accessible and anticolonial science, heal polluted land and waterscapes, and build socio-ecological consciousness to heal communities affected by environmental pollution.

Our Story
At EarthRM, we believe that healing the landscape is healing ourselves. We believe that healing of earthbody is a collective process, and one which requires allyship with different forms of life to remediate, rehabilitate, and restore. We offer a multi-kingdom, whole system’s approach bioremediation, one that is place-based, unique to each situation, and thoughtfully addressed. Because EarthRM was founded in Hawai`i, our practices are heavily grounded in Kānaka ʻŌiwi (indigenous Hawaiian) values and perspectives. We proudly integrate these values and perspectives into every major decision we make, including ensuring Hawaiian voices are present at the table in positions of leadership.
We strive to not only heal land through bioremediation, but also to educate all members of the community on different bioremediation techniques. All humans have a right to clean air, soil, and water. Through the empowering science of bioremediation, we can cleanse our land of pollutants in a completely natural (yet effective) way. Teaching community members about bioremediation could be the key to large-scale healing around the world, and EarthRM is committed to making this dream a reality one community at a time.
